products. We read all of the bug reports we receive. You will receive an automated response indicating that your report has been
received and forwarded to our technical staff. Unless additional information is needed, you will not receive a direct response. We
appreciate your feedback!
This is not a way to contact Technical Support. If you need help solving a problem
you're having with your Chisel Software product, please visit our Support & Services page instead.
Before you submit a bug report, you should do a few things:
1.Make sure you're running the latest version of the software, by visiting the Products
page.
2.Read the Readme.txt file for your version of the software to see if the problem you're seeing has been
documented there. The readme file is found in the same directory in which the software was installed.
3.Visit the Support & Services page to see if the problem you're seeing
has already been reported and written up by our support staff. Software which is in "beta" is still currently in development.
Beta software is typically released to the general public to allow them to scrutinise the product and help to locate problems which can
be solved before the official release. Users who are interested in assisting in this testing process can get the beta version of our
development products by joining the Beta Test Program.
