Problems signing in?

If you need help signing in, ask yourself the following questions:

Are you using a browser that doesn`t support Javascript, or do you have Javascript disabled?

If the juggler is juggling then Javascript is running OK.

Your browser must support Javascript, and this option must be enabled before you can submit a survey or ballot.

Are you having difficulty signing in because of a problem with your access code / PIN?

Check the following items:

  1. Your access code and/or PIN cannot contain any spaces.
  2. Your access code and PIN are case sensitive, so remember which (if any) letters are capitalised.
  3. If you have forgotten your access code and/or PIN, you will have to contact your organisation, or goVote,  and confirm your authorisation to access this ballot or survey.

Are you having difficulty signing in because of a problem with your membership number / password?

Check the following items:

  1. Your membership number and/or password cannot contain any spaces.
  2. Your password is case sensitive, so remember which (if any) letters are capitalised.
  3. If you have forgotten your membership number, you will have to contact your organisation, or goVote,  and confirm your membership before you can participate in this survey.
  4. If you have forgotten your password, sign in with just your membership number and check the Forgot My Password checkbox. We will ask you for your date of birth, and the answer to your secret question to verify your identity. You can then choose a new password.

Are you using a browser that doesn`t support secure connections (SSL), or do you have SSL disabled?

Your browser must support secure connections (often called SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer), and the option must be enabled to sign in.
